The historic pub and its neighbouring luxury holiday cottages have been carefully restored, creating a unique destination where guests can eat, drink and stay in one of Dorset’s most beautiful coastal locations. Our role was to design a website that would capture this vision and bring it to life digitally and rather than forcing a template or rigid structure, we worked closely with the client to understand: the story of the pub the positioning of the cottages the type of guests they wanted to attract how visitors should feel when they arrive on the website The result is a site that feels calm, aspirational and welcoming, mirroring the experience guests will have when they visit in person. <p data-start="344" data-end="400">At Mihi Digital, the best websites begin with listening, and when the team behind <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">The Sunray</span></span> in Osmington approached us to create their new website, they weren’t simply launching a pub. They were reviving a Dorset landmark &#8211; one with nearly a century of stories and history behind it.</p>
<p data-start="633" data-end="1043">Located in the picturesque village of <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Osmington</span></span> on the edge of the iconic <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Jurassic Coast</span></span>, The Sunray has undergone a remarkable transformation, and they needed a new website to reflect this. We got to work on improving traffic to the site with the addition of Google Shopping and Google Ads, incorporated a selection of beautifully shot lifestyle images to bring the product to life and inspire potential customers, and outlined each key eco-feature of the robes so it was easy for customers to understand. <p>Here at MiHi Digital, we love the Southwest of England &#8211; including its beaches, beautiful coastlines, and ever-changing weather! So we think it’s fair to say we made a great choice when it came to building the new website and improving the online presence of the business…</p>
<p>We built the original website for Change Robe almost four years ago, and with the brand&#8217;s rapid growth – they needed a website refresh to reflect their larger product range, fantastic lifestyle mantra and to shout about the brilliant eco-friendly technical features built into each unique robe.</p>
<p>We got to work on improving traffic to the site with the addition of Google Shopping and Google Ads, incorporated a selection of beautifully shot lifestyle images to bring the product to life and inspire potential customers, and outlined each key eco-feature of the robes so it was easy for customers to understand.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>If you have a Facebook business account, you may have noticed recently that there’s been an influx of messages coming through to you from accounts that appear to be from Facebook themselves…  These may look completely legitimate, with many of these profiles having a Facebook logo as their profile picture, a name such as “Business and Strategy” and messages tending to be captioned with something similar to “Important Notice Regarding Permanent Deletion of Your Page”.  Many of these messages are sent from people who claim to be a “representative of Facebook” and go on to list several dates and times when your profile has been allegedly reported for copyright or discrimination reasons, later asking you to click on a link to ‘review’ these reports. Below is an example of just how real these messages can appear: It is very important to emphasise here that these messages are not legitimate, they are spam messages and a clever new way for scammers to target unsuspecting people, enticing them to enter personal information via unsafe website links. Do not click on these links, no matter how convincing these messages may appear. Spam involves contacting people with unwanted content or requests and can spread by clicking these unsafe links that you may be finding in your message inbox, jeopardising your privacy and business information. If you have been finding these messages have been making their way into your personal or business Facebook inboxes, always keep your guard up and practise the following: 1)     Never accept an invitation from someone you do not know. 2)     Be suspicious of messages that claim to be from Facebook, especially those that encourage you to leave the site by clicking on an external link. 3)     Block the person who sent the message and report the message to Facebook within Messenger. 4)     Regularly change and update your passwords, and do not use the same one across multiple sites. 5)     Enable automatic updates on your laptop or desktop to help prevent phishing attempts through the software of your device. I have a background in Fashion PR, Footwear Marketing, and even Decking and Cladding, but my true love has always been writing about and exploring the Southwest of England.  Here are 10 facts about me to help you get to know me a little better… What’s your name and role? Chloé Grayling, Digital Marketer When did you join the MiHi Team? I joined the MiHi Team in October 2023 making me one of the the new kids on the block. What’s your favourite viral video? It’s got to be the Zoom “Lawyer-with-a-cat-face-filter” saga! Working from home I spend a lot of my time on Zoom calls, and this just had me howling with laughter. The fact that the other (very serious) members of the meeting kept straight faces throughout gets me every time.  Touchwood this will never happen to me – but I can’t promise my dog Winnie won’t make a background appearance every once in a while! “I’m here live, but I’m just not a cat!” Who’s your number one influencer? I’m quite into my health and fitness and during lockdown when gyms were closed, @courtneydblack was my saviour. She had me jump squatting across my living room and I’ve never looked back! What is your office essential? COFFEE and a fresh bunch of flowers every week. Where was your best holiday experience? It has to be snorkelling in Sharm-El-Sheikh in Egypt on my 30th birthday – it’s honestly like a whole new world under the sea! (cue the Disney karaoke!)         Top tip for starting out on social media? Don’t take planning, algorithms or statistics too seriously – whilst it’s important to have a tone of voice to suit the brand you’re working with, it’s also great to let your personality shine through and think about what you would want to see as a consumer. What would your Mastermind category be? Poochons (it’s a dog breed, Bichon Frisé x Poodle) How many followers do you have on your most popular social media account? Founders Terri Lawes and Rhiannon Williams wanted to make a difference in the world of care, providing a personal, professional and responsible service to their clients whilst driving a positive change in health and social care.  With excellent care comes an excellent website, and that’s exactly why Terri and Rhiannon approached us to build theirs and help share City Care Southwest’s ethos. Having previously worked with their partner company City Security, City Care Southwest knew of our proven track record in building successful websites and were confident that we knew exactly how to get their new care venture up and running online. Offering a comprehensive web design service, we built their branding from scratch – from designing the logo and developing a clear and concise webpage with City Care Southwest&#8217;s core values at the forefront of our minds.
