Meadow Lakes is a holiday park near St Austell set across 56 acres of meadows, woodland and lakes. Alongside lodge, cottage, glamping and touring holidays, the park has a strong holiday-home ownership offer with new and pre-loved homes for sale and a wide range of on-site facilities.
What we did
Designed to convert the traffic we were already generating.
We already manage paid advertising for the group, helping drive holiday-home sales across its parks, so the website rebuild was about making more of the traffic we were generating. Meadow Lakes is one of three sites we have delivered for the business. We rebuilt the site in WordPress with Elementor around clearer sales journeys, stronger imagery and dedicated holiday-home listings that can be easily managed as stock changes. Since launch the new group sites have achieved more than 50% higher engagement than the sites they replaced, alongside increased traffic - giving the sales team a better-quality audience as well as more of it.
