The project
A much-loved Cornish pub we have worked with for more than a decade.
The Victoria Inn in Threemilestone is a busy pub, restaurant and accommodation business just outside Truro. With everything from breakfast and its popular carvery, to pub food delivery, accommodation, meeting spaces, live music and gift vouchers, there’s plenty going on throughout the year. The website needed to reflect that variety - while making it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for.
What we did
A custom, ultra-fast rebuild for a long-standing client.
We have worked with The Victoria Inn for more than a decade, so this latest rebuild was about bringing the site forward again rather than starting the relationship from scratch. We created a bespoke WordPress theme with performance at the centre, removing page-builder overhead and giving the site a very fast, clean foundation. The site includes structured What’s On and careers listings, accommodation, vouchers, galleries and editable menu pages. We also built an AI-assisted menu importer that can read uploaded menus and turn them into structured website content, making one of the most time-consuming updates much easier. The result is a site that is faster for customers, easier for the team to run and better prepared for AI-led discovery.
