Potential content areas

Six areas we could focus on.

These are examples rather than a fixed syllabus. The session starts with the result you want from the activity - more enquiries, more reach, more leads, clearer measurement or simply more confidence - and we build the half-day around the areas that will help you get there.

I want to know where our enquiries, bookings or sales come from.

Connect the actions that matter to the channels and campaigns that generated them so reporting has a clear commercial purpose.

I want to know which marketing is driving results.

Compare organic search, paid activity, social, email and other channels using the measures that actually help you decide where effort and budget should go.

I want to understand what people do on our website.

Look at landing pages, engagement and journeys so you can see how visitors behave before they enquire, book, buy or leave.

I want tracking I can trust.

Review events, conversions and campaign tracking so the data you rely on reflects the actions your business genuinely cares about.

I want GA4 to feel simpler.

Strip the platform back to the reports, comparisons and questions you are likely to use, rather than trying to understand every screen and metric.

I want reporting that tells us what to do next.

Turn the numbers into practical decisions about websites, campaigns and marketing instead of producing reports that are read and then forgotten.

Frequently asked

Things you may be wondering.

Where can the training take place?

Training can be delivered online or at your office. Because analytics training is normally based on your own data, both formats work well: we can screen-share, move through the account together and focus on the reports and questions that are relevant to your business.

How long is the training?

Every session is a focused half-day. That is enough time to get beyond a basic tour of GA4 and work through the information you actually need without overwhelming the session with reports you are unlikely to use again.

Can the training be one-to-one or for a team?

Yes. It can be one-to-one or for a small team. If people use reporting for different reasons - marketing, management or campaign delivery, for example - we can make sure the session gives each person the context they need.

Is this training based on GA4?

GA4 can be the main focus, but the session does not have to stop there. We can also bring in Search Console, Google Ads, Meta or other relevant sources when that helps you understand where traffic and results are coming from.

Can we use our own analytics account?

Yes. That is the preferred approach. Your own data makes every example more useful and allows us to answer the questions you actually have about traffic, campaigns, content, enquiries, bookings or sales.

Do you cover tracking?

Yes. We can look at events, conversions, campaign tagging and whether the actions you care about are being captured properly. The point is not tracking for its own sake; it is making sure the numbers you use to make decisions can be trusted.

Do I need to understand analytics already?

No. We start at your current level. If GA4 currently feels confusing, we can simplify it and focus on a small set of useful reports; if you already use it regularly, we can go deeper into measurement, comparisons and reporting.

What happens before the session?

We have a short conversation about what you currently measure, what decisions you want the data to support and where you get stuck. That means the half-day can be built around useful questions rather than a generic walkthrough of the analytics interface.

Client feedback

We first got in touch with Mark, because we needed help with getting found on Google. It’s such a minefield and I really had no idea where to start. I had spoken to a few companies before I was recommended MiHi, but I just ended up more confused…
