We’re all becoming more aware about the importance of our mental health and the role it plays in our wellbeing — and most of us are becoming more open to the idea of reaching out for help when we need it. Thrive Mental Health help businesses and schools with a range of workshops and programmes geared towards helping people build healthy and resilient ways of thinking.
As the first site for the business we’ve worked hard with Jess to bring her ideas into a website that works well for her target market.
