Find a calming and relaxing experience at OakTree-Lane, a family run farm with beautiful authentic Mongolian Yurts. Located on near the Devon/Cornwall border, OakTree-Lane provides guests with the perfect resting spot as they explore the counties and surrounding area.

The yurts, which have been hand crafted and imported from Mongolia, offers a warm and cosy retreat for those looking to escape to the countryside. The thick yak and horse hair felt lining provides great insulation, and each has a wood burning stove; ideal for the winter months. Core matting and rugs are supplied, and each yurt can accommodate up to 6 people, with each sleeping on a comfortable bed or soft futon.

There is also a full equipped kitchen, complete with gas cooker, fridge freezer, and all the kitchen utensils you will need. The whole family will be able to enjoy some quality time together, without the need to travel to a restaurant or eatery.

Outside, guests can enjoy private decking, complete with a picnic bench and BBQ. Lanterns and fairy lights illuminate the area after dark, and provide a magical and calm atmosphere.

If ‘glamping’ in yurts isn’t for you, then OakTree-Lane also has the prevision of a camping area. Located in the same field as the yurts, those staying on the campsite can enjoy exceptional views over Dartmoor National Park, and make use of the communal camp fire. Pick up your fresh produce at the small farm shop, and make the most of the great outdoors.
