We’ve been getting very excited at MiHi HQ. For the past few weeks, the team have been working on a wonderful new project which will show off the best bits of the South West.

Introducing South West News, the online home for all things South West. From news to events, local business advice to technology, plus loads more. The new site, which covers Devon and Cornwall, has been created to highlight all that the two counties have to offer, for locals and visitors.

Drawing upon our digital marketing expertise, the Local Business and Top Tips sections will focus on helping businesses in the area. We want to help you make the most of your online presence, and you’ll find plenty of tips, advice, and news in these sections.

Local News will focus on what’s going on in our counties. As well as working here, we live here too, and the whole team has been born and raised in Devon and Cornwall. Our lifelong connection with the area means that we understand that you want to know what’s going on, but we won’t be focussing on the bad stuff. We will be telling you about all the amazing things that are happening in Devon and Cornwall, illustrating why it is such a great place to live and work.

Our experience of having lived in the South West has also been used in our Local Lifestyle section, which will give you plenty of guides, advice, and reviews. From where to stay in Cornwall, to the best surfing spots, we’ve got you covered.

We also decided to add a Technology section, firstly because developing technologies are exciting, and secondly because we’re geeks. You’ll find a range of articles that provide you with technological information for both your working and home life.

We’ll also be sharing Videos and Local Events to keep you entertained and aware of what’s going on in your community. There’s just so much to read!
