A local communications company has moved to larger premises as the company continues to go from strength-to-strength.
Equations Voice and Data Communications, which has been operating from a Somerset-based area office for more than 26 years, offers telephone and communication systems to hundreds of organisations across the South West. It has now moved its local operations to larger premises in the Forest Enterprise Park, near Ilminster.
The company made the decision to make the move having acquired a number of additional clients in the past twelve months, as well as continuing to support their existing loyal client base.
Managing Director Tom Pearce said: “We’ve been working in the industry for more than 20 years, and over that time we’ve always been committed to giving exceptional service, with a personable and local approach. We’re incredibly proud that this has given us one of the highest retention rates within our industry, and has enabled us to grow to the point that our existing premises were no longer adequate to meet our needs.”
The growth comes at a time in which business communications and methods are changing at a pace.
Tom added: “With systems such as VoIP becoming much more common, it’s a time when many organisations are looking at their options, and ways in which they can cut call costs. Providing the right system for the right circumstances has always been a central ethos for us, and explaining the benefits and cost savings in plain English has been a real winner for us to date. Technology can so often be shrouded in technical jargon and that’s something we try to avoid.”
