A popular Cornish wedding venue is set to open its doors to couples currently planning their dream day in the Duchy.
Launcells Barton, which is located near Bude on the North Cornwall coast, will be hosting an Open Day event on the 28th January 2018. By appointment only, guests will be given a private viewing of the venue and grounds, as well as being able to meet with a hand-picked selection of some of the finest local suppliers.

Owner Lara Gill said ‘Our open days have always proven to be popular with brides from all over the country – it’s a great chance for them to get a real feel for the place, ask any questions they may have and also meet with some of the suppliers that will contribute to making their day all that they want it to be. It’s also a great chance for them to see everyone in on visit and save many trips and miles over the coming months. Many of the guests from our previous open days have gone on to say ‘I do’ at Launcells Barton and we’re always delighted to share their special day with them!”

The venue, which is a family-owned Grade II* listed manor house, has been lovingly restored in recent years, and since opening its doors to prospective couples has now become an increasingly sought-after and popular venue for couples from the UK and even oversees. Due to this popularity the event will be by appointment only.

Lara explained; “We know that choosing a wedding venue is one of the most important parts of planning the day. To ensure we give each bride and groom the undivided attention they deserve we’re only able to offer a limited number of appointments throughout the day and always recommend booking early.”
