This session will build upon the basics of how you can use Facebook and Twitter effectively as a promotional tool in order to build dialogue with customers and potentially win more business. It will aim to provide you with an understanding of how social media can work for your business and actions for you to implement straight away.

The focus will be on helping you reach your existing and potential customers, create new business opportunities, and leave knowing that what you’re doing is helping your business and also saving you time!

The session will include:

  • How to make your Facebook posts reach more people, along with the best times to post, and how to increase the engagement your page gains.
  • How to effectively use Facebook advertising and how you can utilise it effectively to deliver a return.
  • Twitter best practice – covering when best to tweet, how to create new opportunities, reach new people and generally gain new business leads.
  • How you can use both social media networks in order to make your time more efficient
  • Understand how and where to find and nurture business opportunities from social media
  • Integrate social media with your other marketing activity
