Some of the UKs very best beaches are sitting right on the North Devon coastline ready for you to explore – some perfect for watersports, some offering utterly breathtaking beauty along Exmoor’s North Devon Heritage Coast.  This little corner of the world is one of our absolute favourites for rock pooling, splashing about in the shallows and taking on some bigger waves when we’re feeling brave (not often)! And what do you need the most after a heavy day’s fun by the sea? An incredibly peaceful little spot for a great nights’ sleep, we know just the place.

Close enough to those fantastic beaches but tucked away in a sixteen-acre private estate are the impressive Coulscott House and its six holiday cottages.  Coulscott is the absolute epitome of the rural idyll with woodlands, meadows, streams, ponds and rolling hills as far as the eye can see.  Better yet, it’s packed full of everything you need to keep the whole family entertained: heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor play areas, games room and so much more to refresh and revive the whole family.
